Here's how to keep your Brilliance Culture pieces at their best.

Everyday Care

Gentle cleaning at home

Wipe your jewellery regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush around the stone and setting. Rinse well and pat dry.

Avoid chemical contact

Lotions, perfumes, hairspray, household cleaners, and chlorine can dull shine and affect metal over time. Apply cosmetics before putting on your jewellery and remove pieces before cleaning or swimming.

Remove during activities

Take off your jewellery before exercising, bathing, swimming, cooking, or doing household work. Impact and pressure can loosen settings, and chemicals can damage metal.

Store thoughtfully

When not being worn, store each piece in a soft-lined jewellery box or pouch. Diamonds can scratch other jewellery, so keep pieces separated.

Complimentary Annual Cleaning

Professional cleaning & inspection Once a year · Complimentary

We stand behind the long-term beauty of our jewellery. Each Brilliance Culture piece is eligible for one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection per year.

Drop off your piece at a Brilliance Culture location and it will be cleaned and inspected within approximately one week.

For customers who are not near a location, we can arrange secure pick-up and return. Shipping is charged at actual cost (estimated ₹1,000 per shipment).

This service is valid only if the jewellery has not been altered or repaired by any third-party jeweller.

Resizing & Setting Support

  • Complimentary resizing is available for single-solitaire ring styles within ±1 full size.
  • If a mounted stone becomes loose, we will reset it at no charge.
  • Replacement of a lost diamond is not covered under this service.
