A  /  Yearly Maintenance

• Complimentary cleaning and inspection is offered once a year for all Brilliance Culture jewellery.
• This service becomes void if any work has been carried out by a third-party jeweller.

B  /  Returns

• Returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery on all Brilliance Culture products, including custom-made and personalised pieces.
• Products must be unused, untampered, and accompanied by the original invoice and diamond certificate.
• Refunds are processed after approval from our Quality Assurance team.
• Refunds will be issued via online bank transfer within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.

C  /  Lifetime Exchange / Upgrade

You may exchange or upgrade your Brilliance Culture jewellery at any time in the future.

• Making charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from the exchange value.
• If the item shows damage, missing stones, or missing certificates, proportional deductions will apply.

D  /  Buyback

You may sell your Brilliance Culture jewellery back to us at any time.

E  /  Shipping for Returns / Exchange / Buyback

• If you ship the product to us, a nominal shipping charge of 2% of product value or actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will apply.
• Reverse pick-up can be arranged as per our Shipping Policy.

F  /  Product Condition

• Jewellery showing any alteration or repair by a third-party jeweller will not be accepted under any of the above policies.
• Brilliance Culture reserves the right to assess and correct valuation based on quality inspection at the time of return, exchange, or buyback.

G  /  Policy Updates

Brilliance Culture reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
