How Are They Made?
We use CVD technology — Chemical Vapour Deposition — to grow each diamond from a single carbon seed. Carbon atoms are layered onto the seed in a controlled chamber, gradually building the diamond crystal over several weeks.
The result is a stone that is optically, chemically, and structurally identical to a mined diamond — with the added advantage of precision. Every growth parameter is controlled, which means greater consistency in cut, colour, and clarity than traditional mining can reliably deliver.
The Four Cs of a diamond
Every diamond - lab-grown or mined - is evaluated on four universal quality factors. Understanding them helps you choose with confidence.
C- Cut
The most important factor. Cut determines how a diamond interacts with light — its brilliance, fire, and scintillation. An excellent cut makes even a smaller stone appear magnificent.
C-Colour
Graded from D (colourless) to Z (light yellow). The less colour, the rarer and more valuable. We recommend D–G for the purest white appearance in fine jewellery
C-Clarity
Refers to internal characteristics called inclusions. Graded from FL (flawless) to I3. Most inclusions are invisible to the naked eye — VS1 or VS2 is the sweet spot for beauty and value.
C-Carat
Measures the weight of the diamond. Larger carat doesn't always mean more beautiful — a well-cut 1ct stone will outshine a poorly cut 1.5ct. Carat is best understood alongside cut.
