02  /  How Your Order Is Handled

  • A valid identity proof will be requested from the recipient before delivery. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to the specified person.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Our delivery partner will call on your provided number to coordinate a convenient handover.
  • All shipments are fully secured and insured in transit. We are unable to reroute a shipment once dispatched.
  • On receiving your parcel, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery partner before signing the receipt.
  • In the rare event of tampering or loss, please report to us immediately at +91 77715077561.

03  /  Reverse Pick-Up

Can't step out? No problem — we'll come to you. Simply request a pick-up and we handle the rest. All reverse shipments are fully secured and insured.
