What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from your date of purchase. If your piece develops a fault rooted in how it was made — not how it was worn — we take full responsibility.

Manufacturing Defects
Structural issues from the manufacturing process — including setting integrity, metal porosity, or incorrect stone placement.
Polishing & Refinishing
Professional polishing is covered under warranty. Note: polishing causes a minor, irreversible reduction in gold weight — we'll inform you before any work begins.
Small Accent Stones (under 0.10 ct)
If a small accent diamond (under 10 pointer) is lost during normal wear, we replace it at no cost to you.
Stones 0.10 ct & Above — Stone Retained
If a larger stone has fallen out but you still have it, send the loose stone with the piece and we'll reset it at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

The following are considered normal wear and fall outside our warranty:

  • Everyday scratches and dents on the metal — all fine jewellery shows signs of wear over time.
  • Prongs bending or wearing down from daily use. We recommend an annual check-up for high-wear pieces.
  • Rhodium plating wearing off on white gold or rose gold pieces over time.
  • Stones 0.10 ct & above that are lost and cannot be returned. Replacement diamond cost will be confirmed before any work begins.
  • Gemstone damage from accidental impact — chips, scratches, or cracks from a hard knock at vulnerable edges or exposed prong settings.
  • Chemical or environmental damage — colour changes from perfume, swimming pools, household cleaners, or prolonged water exposure. Remove jewellery before swimming, cleaning, or spraying perfume.
  • Loss of stones, screws, or clasps due to external factors or accidents.
  • Any repair or alteration performed by a jeweller other than Brilliance Culture — this voids the warranty entirely.

Reach Out
Email us at hello@brillianceculture.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph of the piece.

Ship Your Piece
We will arrange a reverse pickup for customers within India. For remote locations, a nominal logistics charge may apply — confirmed before we proceed.

Expert Assessment
Our jewellery team will carry out a complimentary evaluation to determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty. We'll keep you informed throughout.

Resolution
Manufacturing defect confirmed → repaired at no charge and shipped back to you. Not covered → we share a transparent repair quote before any work begins.
Important Note This warranty is applicable within India only. If your piece was purchased internationally, it must be brought back to India for assessment. We are unable to arrange reverse shipment from international locations — however, if you can send it via someone travelling to India, we will be happy to assist.
