Within India
Brilliance Culture offers complimentary shipping to all Metro cities in India. For deliveries to remote locations, additional charges of up to ₹5,000 may apply. Please check your pincode with us before placing your order.
Metro city deliveries are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.
For verification and insurance purposes, our team will request a valid identity proof from the recipient before delivery. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to the specified person.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Our delivery partner will coordinate the handover on the number provided.
All Brilliance Culture shipments are fully secured and insured in transit. We are unable to reroute shipments once dispatched.
On receiving your parcel, please inspect the contents in front of the delivery partner before signing the receipt.

Reverse Pick-Up
Can't step out? No problem — we'll come to you. Simply request a pick-up and we'll handle the rest. All reverse shipments are fully secured and insured.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. For other countries, please check with us — availability depends on our logistics partner.
Transit time: 7–10 working days (USA, UK, Australia, most of Europe)
Secured shipping charges: US$175–$300 depending on destination
Customs/import duty: 10–25% (country-specific, borne by the recipient)

Please note: All international shipments are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once delivered, items cannot be accepted for repair or return. All packages are fully secured and insured during transit.
