Your Jewelry is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. We only work with trusted courier partners, and each shipment is fully insured until it reaches you.

What is the expected delivery time?

  • We deliver all orders within 3 weeks of confirmation.
  • Once your order is ready a Client advisor will get in touch to co-ordinate delivery in-store or shipment.

Which locations do you deliver to?

  • We offer complementary shipping to all major cities in India, usually within 2 working days.
  • For remote locations please check with us the possibility, additional charges may apply.
  • International Shipping is available at additional charges based on country and applicable import duties/tariff. Please get in touch to know more.

Diamonds & Gold

  • All 1 ct+ solitaires are IGI certified E color & VVS2 clarity.
  • All diamonds below 1 ct are EF colour VVS-VS clarity
  • D/F colour solitaires available at differential pricing
  • Gold is default 18k. 14k available on request.

Pricing

  • The prices are indicative considering 18k gold @ Rs.11,700 per gm. Subject to change of rate.
  • 14k Gold option available at a reduced price of approx Rs. 2500 per gm
  • The price is also subject to the final diamond wt. +/- 5%

Sizing & Engraving

  • Pricing is based on ladies' rings up to size 14 and gents' rings up to size 21. Custom sizing beyond these will have additional charges.
  • We provide complimentary engraving such as a date/number wherever possible (subject to space).

What Gold Purity Do You Use?

All Brilliance Culture jewellery is crafted in 14KT or 18KT BIS Hallmarked Gold — available in White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold. Every piece carries the BIS hallmark, guaranteeing purity and quality.
Is the IGI Certificate Included With My Purchase?

Yes — your IGI certificate is included with every order at no additional cost. It details your diamond's exact Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat, and carries a unique report number you can verify online anytime.

What Is the Diamond Colour & Clarity?

All prices on the website are based on E Colour & VVS2 Clarity. We can also craft your piece in D Colour & IF Clarity — pricing will vary. WhatsApp us for custom diamond pricing.
How do I find the right size ?

If you have a ring that fits well, place it on a ruler and send us a photo on WhatsApp — we'll read the inner diameter and confirm your size. You can also visit any local jeweller and ask them to measure your ring size in minutes.
Do You Make Platinum Rings?

Yes, we do make platinum rings. Designs are limited compared to gold due to metal constraints. WhatsApp us to explore available options.
Are Your Diamonds Certified?

Yes. Every diamond is IGI Certified and set in 18KT BIS Hallmarked Gold.
Can You Make a Custom Ring?

Yes. We do take custom orders — a minimum of 1 carat is required. WhatsApp us to get started.
How long until I have my jewelry?

Every piece is crafted to order. Standard delivery is 3 weeks from order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link once dispatched.
What is your Return Policy
